I hired Vanessa to work for me on Sundays to help me with my wife in recovery from a brain bleed. She did some very good work, I even talked to her about giving her more hours in the near future, but she started skipping days of work with little notice, did not follow my directions, and after I sat her down, and explained what was expected of her, she again missed this past Sunday, again, with little notice at the very last minute. She has not called, nor accepted my calls, nor returned my phone calls, or e-mails. It is a shame, once she gets her head on straight, she will be a good worker.
