I can't recommend Vanessa enough. She has been our nanny for two years, caring for my now 6 and three year old. She was fully responsible for kids during the week. This included: - driving from school and activities - homework with my Kindergartener - coordinating and planning playdates with other parents and care takers - preparing snacks and making healthy dinners - laundry and cleaning for the kids She has a very hard work ethic, is very adaptable to circumstances and feedback, and could not be warmer or more caring. We simply love her! A few things that stand out to me about Vanessa - she is very, very patient with the kids and the willing to try different ways of connecting. - she's fully attentive to the kids. I've never seen her on the phone and she's always very engaged and playing with the kids. She's so wonderful that other parents have called / texted me when they see her at the park because they're so impressed. - she is a natural relationship builder and has connected well with other parents, Nannies, my parents, etc. - she is always willing to go the extra mile - she was able to be flexible with our frequently changing schedule - she's very organized, and helped to keep me organized too! We'll miss Vanessa!
