About Vanessa

My name is Vanessa, I am currently a medical assistant in the pediatric unit. I work with children NB-18 years old. I'd describe my personality as adaptive, empathetic and joyful. I enjoy helping them in their growth and development. I love to be a guiding force to help them with their daily needs and gaining a sense of self. I'm looking for a job that allows me to use the skills that I have acquired to help children grow and develop and be a cushion for parents who need assistance with care giving so they can get their daily tasks complete whether that is working or simply running errands. I began to work for the pediatric department in my hospital approximately two years ago after switching for the surgery department to broaden my horizon and focus in on I enjoy arts and crafts and therapeutic I truly enjoy working children and I am super attentive. I am super fun and have a likable ambiance. My skills include patience, communication and problem solving.
