About Vanessa

Hello! I am an easy-going and creative 26-year-old. I recently completed my Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and am aiming to stay productive by providing childcare services while I search for a full-time SLP position :) During my graduate program I gained experience working with children of all ages and abilities in a clinical/educational context. My clinical experiences helped me to expand my knowledge/skill set as they relate to child development and behavior management. Additionally, I previously worked at Boston Children's Museum where I engaged with children and families to facilitate learning through the "Power of Play." I prioritize creating a safe, structured, and creative space in which the children I work with can learn and grow. In my free time I enjoy reading, crafting, exercising, traveling, and spending time with friends and family!
