About Valerie

I have worked with both neurotypical and neurodivergent children between the ages of 4 months and 12 years old. I have been a nanny, pre k teacher, ABA therapist, and have assisted children with PT, OT, and speech therapies. I am up to date on my flu, tdap, and covid vaccines and am first aid, AED, and CPR certified. Overall, I find working with children and families so rewarding because I get to relive the best parts of growing up and I get the opportunity to help children reach major developmental milestones. It can be hard communicating, regulating emotions, and initiating social interactions with peers. I aspire to help each child navigate these difficulties as well as increase their self-confidence and positive inner voice. Please let me know if you think I would be a good fit for your family!
