About Valerie

I'm a professional nanny of 27 years with children ranging from newborn to high school age. I'm seeking a 3-4 day/week position and would love to find a long-term position. Caring for children has truly been a lifelong passion and joy for me. I am CPR certified. I have experience with helping children reach age-appropriate milestones, enrichment and educational activities, sleep training, potty training, meal planning and preparation, school drop-off/pick-up, age-appropriate recreational activities, children's laundry, keeping children's areas clean/tidy. In addition to being a nanny I have extensive experience with being a home manager; family laundry, setting & meeting home appointments, grocery shopping & errand running, meal prep, animal appts, home organization. I live with my husband of 10 years and 7-year-old daughter in Burns, TN with our yellow lab & cat. We enjoy time with friends & family and our church family where we serve as Children's pastors.
