I have many years of experience aiding in the care of my Grand Mother prior to her passing while bedridden and suffering from dementia/Alzheimer's. My former spouse had end stage renal failure. I facilitated his dialysis treatments in our home, 5 days a week for almost 2 years as he awaited a kidney transplant. I can help in all area's of in home care needs due to limitations caused by illness, age, or disabilities. Cooking, cleaning, and companionship are a few additional services I offer. How can I best help? I am kind, compassionate, easy going and love my strong work ethic. I have a 22-year-old (adopted) Son that I've raised since he was 12 years old. I love my 2 dogs and am very much an animal person. My professional background includes almost 20 years of experience in Property Management. As I've aged, I now desire to help those in need. I come from a long line of Earth Angel's and I hope to follow in their footsteps.

My name is Anita. I am a Registered Nurse who was fortunate enough to keep my dear mother at home with me until she passed at 89 years old from advanced Alzheimer’s disease.I would not have been able to do this if it wasn’t for the help I received from my daughter, Valerie. As my mom’s health declined, Valerie became her caregiver and companion. Valerie took my mom to church, doctors appointments, hair appointments and shopping. Valerie enjoyed walking with my mom to the park, reading to her, singing to music together and listening to my mom’s storytelling! As the disease advanced, Valerie did the cooking, cleaning, and laundry as well as feeding and bathing for my mom as needed. She also dispensed her medications. Valerie is a smart, kind, loving and compassionate woman! She did these tasks with joy in her heart, she loved to joke with my mom and make her smile and laugh! My mom passed in a loving, happy and well cared for environment greatly due to the love and commitment provided by Valerie!
