Hello, my name is Valerie. I also go by Val; I'm currently a student at The University of Houston and working towards a psychology degree. I've been working at a fantastic IB elementary school in the medical center for the past two years, being part of their afterschool program as a lecturer and an office staff member. I'm continuing that journey this school year as a part-time TA in their PALS (ECSE) program, which has been excellent. Unfortunately, my journey with them will end soon since I have moved into a new city and am looking for new growth opportunities.
