About Valentina

Hello! Hello there! My name is Valentina. I am currently a 6th grade teacher at Bayside and now that the school year is ending I am looking for opportunities available in my community to be a caregiver, babysitter, pet sitter, and anything else you may need. I was an au pair for a family in Beijing, China. For 6 months, I created an amazing bond with J, a 4-year-old boy who I taught English and he picked it up so well. I did an internship with Sentara working seniors with dementia. I've learned that I am a compassionate and caring caregiver and understanding of the unique needs of seniors. I am passionate about about helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. I enjoy cleaning and being organized so I can definitely help with light housework. I also want to be a companion and spend time the individual.
