About Valentina

Hi! I am a veteran teacher in the department of education with 20 years of experience teaching elementary school. I am able to provide homework help and tutoring in reading, writing, math and ELA up to sixth grade. As a parent and teacher myself, I know that one to one help is the best way to help students strengthen their skills and get the extra support that they need. I have a passion for teaching and love watching students gain confidence in themselves as they learn and master new skills. I currently work in East Harlem. My ideal position would be to find a few students to tutor or help with homework after school in either Harlem or the Upper East Side since I am already there in the afternoon.
