She works as an "Intervention Aide" in my class room. She maintains a healthy, stable and successful program with the students and staff a position she has maintained for several months. She is a fun, supportive, and integral part of our classrooms environments. Not only does she actively participates, but also encourages the students to do the same. She has created groups of students that serve as a peer tutors. She also motivate, encourages and coaches the students to work through problems and she does not quit until they have reached a successful level of achievement. She does not shy away from challenges. She is a valuable member who has demonstrated the kind of character, motivation and integrity. I have seen from only a handful of staff members in my career. She is extremely successful in the program.
