About Tyler,

Hello There! My name is Claire and I have been working as a nanny and early childhood educator for 20 years. I started as a nanny in 2001 while working part time at an in home daycare. In 2008, I started as an infant teacher aide at a center in Land Park, Sacramento, Ca. I worked my way up to the position of assistant director, lead and TK/Kindergarten prep teacher. I'm well versed in project approach style of teaching. I love to engage children in literacy, visual and performing arts and the outdoors. I also practice positive discipline methodology when working with children. I am fully vaccinated for Covid-19, get an annual flu shot and am a non-smoker. When I'm not at work I spend my time with my son, reading, exploring the local art community and enjoy day hikes with our dog around Northern California.
