We have had Trang nanny full-time with our family for the last 6 months. She is so wonderful with our two boys (3 and 1) and if we weren't re-locating to LA we wouldn't be saying good-bye! She is proactive, organized, loving and responsible. She is great at planning activities, fun arts and crafts and ensures the boys spend lots of time outdoors! She takes on feedback and recommendations seamlessly, provides videos and picture updates daily and is a great communicator. She is a calming presence in the house, which could be a challenge because my husband and I both work from home! She makes and prepares meals and snacks for the kids keeping their health and well being in mind! Happy to provide a more in-depth reference if required, she is an awesome addition to any family!
