About Tracy

I'd describe my personality as caring, detailed, empathetic and loving. I like working with kids because they are so comical. I'm looking for a job that is stimulating and fun. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I babysat. I taught elementary school for 20 years. I'm still not tired of them! In my spare time, I like to decorate, do arts and crafts, cook and crochet! One thing you should know about me is I am very family oriented. I love my 2 boys beyond belief. My children are my heart. Your children will probably fit in there too! My skills include following parental boundaries in a way that would never be harsh. Children need to know when they are wrong. They need to be told why and they need an alternative to their poor behavior. Then they need an opportunity to practice the new learned behavior. I enjoy telling stories and making up stories. I would bring the children into this story telling using their own imagination!
