About Tracylee

I worked at a church for 16 years where I was a Team Lead managing over 15 childcare workers watching over children of all ages. At the same church, I also took on a preschool teacher position for 3 years. My classroom was 2 and 3-year-olds. During Covid I watched children in my neighborhood. I kept one family till recently that had 3 kids 3 and under. Their kids are now back in preschool. I'd describe my personality as friendly, kind and honest. I like working with kids because it's rewarding. I'm looking for a job that keeps me busy but happy too. I started working with kids over 20 years ago. In my spare time, I like to spend as much time with my children as possible. One thing you should know about me is I love routine so I am super organized. My skills include routine, patience, loving the children well.
