About Tikal

I have been caring for children for 10 plus years! I am the mother of 6 that I have predominantly homeschooled. In 2014, I took an early childhood development class for 1 year & currently implement gentle parenting techniques with children in my care. My focus is helping the children reach developmental mile stones & educational goals set by me and the parents. I send out weekly letter updates highlighting how we worked towards those goals along with their crafts & projects. I enjoy working with kids because watching a child grow and develop into a little human is the most inspiring and beautiful thing I've ever seen. I want to help foster those children's dreams and aspirations as early as can be. Having 6 children of my own, I can not do drop offs, pick ups, or transfers. I simply do not have the space to transport that many children.
