About Tiffany

Hello there! I have spent the past 10 years working as a caseworker In child welfare and before that worked in Early Intervention. have experience working with children of all various abilities and challenges. I'd describe my personality as joyful, safe, and nurturing. I like working with kids because they are honest and authentically themselves at all times. I'm looking for a job that only needs weekends and where I can contribute something worthwhile to a family. I started working with kids when I took my first babysitting class through the Red Cross in 1991. In my spare time, I go to the gym, hike , read and cook. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a huge advocate for treating children with respect and dignity. Children are learning to navigate this big world and their big emotions and they need a very regulated and nurturing adult to help guide them. My skills include helping a child learn emotional regulation, playful learning, and communication development.
