I contacted this cleaner for cleaning my disabled son's room & bath. She seemed very eager to work for me, and we set a date. She did not show up for this first date, so I called her to see what had happened. She told me her son had fallen off a bucket truck & was in hospital. I was sympathetic, & we rescheduled. She did not show up for this second date. I waited a few days for her to call me to explain, but she never called. I called her. We scheduled again. She came this time but asked if she could come back that afternoon to do the cleaning since she had to take another client somewhere that morning. I agreed. She never came back, and I gave up on her. It was very discouraging. I am looking for someone who is reliable that I can count on.
