About Teresa

I am a CNA with experience caring for those in the hospital as well as home health. I have worked on every floor and nearly every unit, so I have experience with a wide variety of patients. I help people with things like using the restroom, bathing, feeding, transferring from the bed, chair, shower, toilet, do blood sugars, chg baths, help with hygiene, dressing, doing things like taking walks, and other activities. I can also clean, cook, run errands, and more. I am clean, organized, and pay great attention to detail. I am a Marine Corps veteran with a couple of deployments under my belt, so I have the discipline and work ethic needed for whatever job I take. I have a bachelor's degreen in sociology and behavioral sciences from UCSD, and I have finished my first semester of nursing school at Anschutz. I care about people and genuinely want everyone to have the best quality life they can, so anyway I can help with that, I am happy to do. I look forward to hearing from you!
