About Teresa

Hello, my name is Terry and I have been working in the health field as a CNA and therapy aid for the past 35 years. As I approach retirement age I am hoping to transition into home health utilizing my skill set to promote aging in place. Some of the responsibilities I've had include general self care for patients, charting/data entry, physically transferring/rolling/walking patients, assisting therapists with positioning/ADLs. My main accomplishments are within the individualized care I provide. I pride myself on establishing rapport with both residents and their families to ensure comfort and ease throughout difficult times. After being in the field for many years I have gained knowledge through both observation and hands on experience. I absolutely love working with the geriatric population and would be thrilled to assist your loved one with any needs they may have within my scope of practice.
