About Teralyn

Hello! I am a former in-home respite caregiver who now works for a local community nonprofit. I am a very energetic and personable caregiver who loves working with kids, especially those who struggle with behavioral problems and mental health concerns. I have experience working primarily with children in their pre- to early-teens, but enjoy caring for younger children as well. I do have adult and infant CPR/First Aid training with an active certification. I graduated from UCSB in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Sociology. Previously I attended Reedley Community College in Fresno County where I received my associates in Social Sciences. I plan to continue my education through a graduate program in the future. I enjoy a variety of downtime activities ranging from cooking/baking to playing volleyball, and I am very comfortable participating in activities with kids. I have tutoring experience and I'm interested in providing educational support.
