About Taylor

I love working with kids because I love teaching them new things and learning how each child's brain works. I love reading about early childhood development and how each child's mind is unique. I also think kids are so much fun and imaginative. I started working with kids when I was 11, caring for my brothers. I am an EMT, CPR certified, and have plenty of other childcare experience over the years with some wonderful families. In my spare time I listen to music, have coffee with my mom or my friends, golf, travel, and I am also a full time student at Cosumnes River College, and hope to transfer to Sac State soon to get my Bachelor's in Nursing. One interesting thing about me is I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I began learning Spanish in high school and have worked in fruit packing sheds and at the bank, where I have had the pleasure of expanding my Spanish speaking abilities. I am always learning more, but my conversation has improved tremendously over the years.
