I treat your family like my family, with the utmost love and respect. My take on nannying and being around kids is to have them surrounded in the most positive environment. I try and be stern but do it in a more positive way where everything isn't no, and use other activities to distract. I like to use arts, music, and outdoor adventures as a daily tool to not only have fun but to be learning about colors, shapes, sounds, manners, and responsibilities. I also love to cook! This is something I like to integrate into daily life with kids. I am comfortable cooking for children with food allergies or different cuisines.

As our nanny, Taylor made herself an extension of us, always observing how we interact with our kids to ensure a seamless upbringing for them while bringing her years of child development experience into the fold with endless projects, lessons and exposure to activities we would never think of. In addition to nannying, Taylor expanded her role and took care of me after giving birth. She ensured I had everything I needed bedside. She took care of our son too so I could shower and rest. She created meals for us and made sure that our household moved forward as I recovered. She did all of this and so much more. There are not words to express how much this was appreciated. During a typically challenging time, Taylor allowed me to cherish this time and look back lovingly as our family of three transitioned to four. I will never be able to thank her enough for this.
