Senior Care Provider with 3+ years of professional experience. I've previously worked in the hospital setting as a Patient Care Technician on the Medical Unit. While in that position I fed, bathed, took vitals, toileted, provided companionship, and worked with quite a few Alzheimer's / dementia patients. I have also worked in the home setting where I provided all of the above, along with meal preparation and some tidying up. I love working with the elderly for so many reasons! Their wit and wisdom is second to none, sense of humor, and lastly their appreciation for care providers.
