Tatiana seemed super sweet, I spent a considerable amount of time having a phone interview and then invited her to my home for an in-person interview. I told her that I wanted to be sure it would be a good fit before having her meet the kids. She assured me that she was excited about the job and felt comfortable with everything, so I introduced her to my little ones and hired her to start the following day. She text 30 min before her start time to say she wasn’t coming.
