About Tara

Hello! My name is Tara and I am an Occupational Therapist with 3+ years of professional experience working with older adults. Due to my clinical experience, I can provide assistance with self-care activities, exercises, and companionship. I have history working in home health and inpatient rehab with clients with a variety of diagnoses including strokes, Parkinson's, dementia, etc. My interests include music (love the oldies!), animals (can provide pet care), sports, cooking, board games, and listening to the life stories of our older generation. I look forward to meeting you and your loved one! I like caring for seniors because I respect the life they have lived and I can learn so much from them! One thing you should know about me is I am 100% trustworthy and will follow ethical practices as if I were treating an OT patient. I have worked in home health for 2 years and I am always respectful of people's homes.
