Tanna is an honest teacher that genuinely cares about her students. If a student is out sick, she checks in on them to ensure their health is improving. When my daughter broke her arm during the school year, Tanna had the class make and sign a get well card and she delivered it to our home with a gift to help our daughter feel better. I am amazed at the quantity and quality of skills my daughter has acquired over the school year. As a pre-K student Tanna has helped her learn not only the letters of the alphabet and how to write them, but also alphabet phonics. My daughter has also learned counting skills, number recognition and small addition/subtraction, rhyming words, writing skills, and many different forms of artistic expression. Tanna's teaching style focuses on repetition using multiple types of media that makes learning fun and exciting. My daughter genuinely connects with Tanna and trusts her to provide her with a safe and fun learning space.
