Tania has worked for us since January 2015. We have three children, who were 4 1/2, 2 1/2, and 6 months old when she started. They all adore her and look forward to having her come play with them. The youngest is 13 months now, and will come running as soon as he hears her. When she started, we had just moved from Seattle and needed to get settled (unpack, find doctors, preschools), getting the oldest ready for preschool, and the youngest had health issues and had many doctor appointments. She has helped with getting them ready in the morning, making breakfast/lunch/snacks, doing the nap routine, giving the infant medicine, and playing with them. She frequently took them outside to play at our house or to a nearby playground whenever possible, brought over library books that she knew they would enjoy, as well as other toys/games and even clothing (wool socks that her sons didn't use anymore). She was very thoughtful and would even remember the kids' birthdays and bring them gifts. We would love to still have her with us as often as before, but our needs have changed. However, we certainly ask her first when the opportunities arise!
