I have a bachelors degree in Communications '19 and a masters degree in science with a emphasis in Leadership and Management '21. Experienced with hospice care and dementia/Alzheimer's care. I have experience with lifting clients, using mobility equipment, cooking and cleaning, companionship, etc. I have no problem taking clients to appointments as I do have a very reliable vehicle. I am also very patient and kind and I understand very well the duties required as a caregiver and have no problem treating each client the way they should be treated. With love and care.

I hired Tamika to care for my mother, who has dementia, for 2 hrs/day, for as many mornings as she was available. She seemed great - experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant, and everything went well... for ONE week, until she had a car accident and couldn't drive to Mom's until she had a rental car. I would have been happy to wait a couple of days until she could resume, but instead she texted me without any real explanation that she could no longer come, and ghosted me when I responded to get some clarity. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable, which unfortunately has been my overall experience with cgs on Care.com. The cgs here don't seem to realize that this is not just another job, where you can simply walk away - there are vulnerable seniors relying on them to show up and help them manage daily life.
