About Tamara

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, compassionate and service-minded. I like working with kids because they are full of wonder and share my love of learning and exploration. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help others to be independent and live with less stress. I started working with kids as a teenager as a neighborhood babysitter. Later, I became both a general and special education teacher. In my spare time, I like to care for my family, take long walks, and attend conferences and lectures. One thing you should know about me is I'm responsible and reliable. I also appreciate that families are dynamic and being flexible is crucial to maintaining peace and order. My skills include providing assistance while encouraging independence, tutoring, problem solving, being resourceful, and listening.
