As a seasoned professional in senior care, I've discovered immense joy in working closely with older adults. I believe that compassion, patience, and empathy are crucial for exceptional care. Amid the Covid outbreak, I proactively expanded my skills, completing an 8-hour online course for a temporary CNA certificate. This enabled me to support understaffed centers, showcasing my commitment to exceeding expectations. My expertise goes beyond basic care tasks; I've worked in hospice, long-term care, and senior living, refining my skills in dietary assistance, improving sanitation methods, and enhancing communication and observation abilities. My role as a Nurse Assistant/CNA exposed me to valuable experiences in physical therapy, aiding residents' mobility and well-being.
