About Sydnie

Growing up my mom ran an in-home daycare facility. I grew up around children aged 4 months- 4 years old year around. When I reached high school I was a nanny for four consecutive summers. When I went to college I began working at The Rainbow House, which is a home for children that are in and out of foster care. There I was responsible for caring for children from infant to 18 years of age. In 2019 I began my career in social work. I began working at a private foster care/adoption agency in Kansas as an adoption specialist. From there I moved up to a foster care case management team lead and finally a permanency supervisor. I currently work as at a non-profit agency in Kansas that specializes in recruitment for children who are eligible for adoption. I am currently enrolled in a Masters of Social Work program with Mizzou that is online. I am looking for part-time possibilities.
