About Sydney

Hi I'm Syd! I used to work for the Boys and Girls Club for over 4 years. I have experience in planning/running activities, setting reasonable boundaries and expectations, and worked for the BGC during COVID so I am familir with online learning. I am a very passionate person and love working with kids they always know how to make your day a bit more interesting. I started working with kids when I was younger and babysat for neighbors or family friends then in college I got a part time job at the Boys and Girls Club and really fell in love with the kids and the job. In my spare time, I like to read, watch shows and movies, play card and board games, go out in nature. My skills include active supervision, Deescalation tactics, and reasonable boundary setting.
