I provide a unique service to caregivers by helping their elderly loved ones stay healthy physically and mentally with a unique, fun fitness program. I give you piece of mind knowing that your loved one is staying strong preventing falls and increasing brain function. I send you an update after each session with feedback on how they are doing. As an added bonus I walk their doggie if they have one. Personal trainers can be cost prohibitive and home health aids are not trained in fitness. I have a flexible schedule and can expect about $25 per 30 minute session. About me; I grew up in England and have lived in Utah for over 30 years. I started working with the elderly at age 16 and loved it. I have performed all aspects of elderly home health care from companionship to bathing. I combined my love for the elderly and fitness by teaching several different exercise classes at retirement homes. My real passion is going for a daily walk. I'm also certified Arthritis Walk With Ease instructor
