About Susan

I'd describe my personality as fun, positive, responsible I am looking to start with summer childcare I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling in a way that I am able to help a Family that trusts me with my experience in childcare to form a bond with the child and family I started working with kids when my youngest child went to kindergarten it was 2006. I worked at his elementary school and worked with children ever since! in 2012 I went full-time as a paraprofessional and I'm still working. looking to do private childcare now. One thing you should know about me is I am committed to the safety and welfare of every child I work with. I would love to use my experience to help a loving family. As a para I have teaching experience and also experience with dealing with children's emotions and behaviors. I always try to use positive reinforcement. My skills include teaching children, ability to help young kids regulate emotions to control behaviors and to just have fun! Safety is first!
