About Susan

Hello my name is Susan.. My family and I will be moving to the Nederland area in June/ July 2024. I first started when I was 10 as a Jr. Hospice Volunteer. It was volunteering with a company. I sat with Residents in the Nursing Home. I would read to them, help them with things, helped with feeding at times. Talked a lot and played games. At the age of 15 they changed the rule that you had to be 18 to Volunteer with the Company. I was also helping in the office. I would answer phones and secretary work. Growing up I would help my grandmother take care of patients in her private duty company. I love to be a helping hand and someone to chat with and make someone have a better day. I am currently taking care of a husband and wife I've been here for a little over 5 years. I'm trying to find another family that I can help with. God Bless
