Susan was highly unreliable. She agreed to the position and ended up quitting without even telling me or giving me a heads up. She tried to keep one of my keys to my house which was sketchy, and made me not feel safe. She did not hold up to her end of the deal and just left my son and I high and dry. I do not recommend at all.
