Hi everyone! I am a 34-year-old professional nanny with plenty of experience and new ideas to help your kids have a great summer! I am an ABA therapist and have experience with kids anywhere from 6 moths old to 15 years old. Because of my job, I have worked with kids with modern to severe autism and other behavioral disorders. People around me would describe me as a patient, organized and energetic. I love sports and outdoors activities and always try to stay on top of things by planning fun things to do and ways to keep the children entertained. I am bilingual and speak English and Spanish. If you're interested in your kids learning or practicing their Spanish, I'll be more than happy to help! Our 4 year old son was diagnosed with ASD a few months back and we were very nervous to hire a nanny. We were so lucky to find Susana who not only works with our son beautifully, but gives us such incredible guidance as far as our son's behavioral challenges. She is well versed as an ABA and has such a gift with caretaking. She is so calm, easy-going and relaxed in her approach but is able to confidently guide our son during his tougher moments. I have total trust that our son is with a capable, confident caretaker and he looks forward to his days with Susana! Cannot recommend more!
