I have always been an animal lover. I grew up with dogs, cats and horses. I began volunteering with "no kill" rescues in 2008. I started with Arizona Animal Welfare League walking and playing with the dogs. I also cleaned the kennels and helped out in the infirmary. In 2014, I was looking for something that I was able to do with my 2 teenage girls and that's when we started volunteering for All About Animals Rescue assisting at adoption events. We also socialize the dogs and cats and clean the adoption centers. I currently have an 18-year-old cat and a few times a year I pet sit for my sister's Shepherd. I am and always will be extremely passionate about animals.
