About Stephanie M

Hi my name is Stephanie! I have a lot of experience working with 0 to 5-year-olds, but I'm excellent with children of all ages. I have a 13-year-old daughter who goes to St. Rita's School. I've worked for 7 years at Phyllis Bodel Childcare at Yale School of Medicine as a floating teacher and a toddler co-teacher. I have my infant toddler CDA. I am also a junior at Charter Oak State College majoring in child studies. My favorite classes are children with exceptionalities and creating a multicultural, inclusive classroom. I have experience working with children with autism and collaborating with their ABA and b23 teams. I am passionate about multiculturalism and like highlighting children's similarities and differences to teach tolerance and create a more peaceful world. I love children and watching them grow. I especially love reading and dancing with them. I will provide supplies for art activities, sensory experiences, and singing and dancing.
