I am a mom of four (25, 23, 19 and 14). My first and last were premature, so I stayed home with them to take care of them, myself. Once my youngest was in school, I decided to go back to work, where I worked at a school as a special needs one on one paraprofessional. I was with the same girl for three years, and was able to help aid in her advocating for herself, from being nonverbal. I left the job to move to Sunny SW Florida, and couldn't be happier, but do feel that I'm missing something, so I'm choosing to be a nanny/caregiver.
