About Stephanie

I'd describe my personality as loving, empathetic and sensitive. I like caring for elders, I grew up around all the elders of my family, I have such a connection and love for them. I have a deep respect for their stories/lives, connections they were able to create by the way they spent time with their people. I'm hoping that I can use the skills I have and spread joy. I started caring for seniors at the young age of 11 when my grandma was taking care of her mother whom had Alzheimer's disease. I then helped take care of my grandma when she needed help and had also had Alzheimer's disease. Now for my grandpa who just needs the occasional company and help with his Parkinson's. In my spare time, I like to read, practice spirituality, photography and relax outside with a cup of tea. One thing you should know about me is I am highly sensitive and practice moments of breathing and calm. My skills include Alzheimer's care, organization, compassion, meal prep, feeding and errands.
