Stefany confirmed a one-time sitter job through care.com shortly after I posted it three days prior to the date of care. I reached out to confirm her experience with children with autism and we confirmed a start time of 4:30pm, a half hour early so I could go over the routine. The day off, I reached out to her in order to specify my unit number and at 4:30pm, her start time, she responded, "Unfortunately, I'm sick. I have to decline." Extremely unprofessional. I did not have any notice in order to find another sitter. If you are sick, simple consideration would have you communicate that prior to your start time.
