About Stacey

I'd describe my personality as dependable, happy & optimistic. I like caring for seniors because I like making a difference. I like learning from others and I am compassionate. I'm looking for a job that I can use my 25 years of experience as a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)in a new setting . I started caring for seniors working as a COTA working at local hospital in stroke rehab, Ortho and traumatic brain injuries. Then into geriatric rehab at a local skilled nursing facility. I enjoy the wide range of personalities and backgrounds of the senior community. In my spare time, I am a mom & wife my free time has been involved with their school activities, sports, scouts and local church. One thing you should know about me is I know how hard it is being a caregiver while raising a family and working full time . My two parents had health issues both needing hospice care. I know I can help. My skills include effective communication, patience and organized.
