About Spring

I love working with people of all ages, and have especially found a passion for working with kids and assisting them through the process of growing and learning as they get older. I have 2 years experience of being a nanny to children ages 4 all the way up to 14 years old. I have worked with children on the autism spectrum as well, and because of my 3-4 years of experience in social work I am well versed in therapeutic strategies in de escalation, emotion regulation, and teaching communication and interpersonal skills. I am certified in Mental Health First Aid along with your basic CPR/First Aid certification, meaning I am able to intervene emotional and mental crisis with children along with any physical emergency that could occur. My specialties are planning activities, teaching, and encouraging children to learn, grow and discover new things about themselves and the world through their everyday activities.
