Spencer is amazing with children! She's an absolute natural. She is kind, empathetic and nurturing. We were grateful to have her as our nanny for a year and a half to my kids, who are now ages 2 and 4. She kept them engaged with fun activities, from outdoor scavenger hunts to rainy-day crafts. She also helped with household chores. She was incredibly punctual, reliable and professional. She wasn't late or sick once, and I never saw her "slacking" on the job. She truly cares about others and any family would be lucky to have Spencer as their nanny. I can't recommend her enough! :)
