About Sophie

Hi! I am a student at Emory University, studying Neuroscience, Behavioral Biology, and Artificial Intelligence. With extensive volunteer and work experience, I have developed strong skills in nurturing and caring for children from diverse backgrounds. I founded Dance Just Cause, empowering children with physical disabilities and neurodivergent conditions through dance. Additionally, I have experience working with Ukrainian refugee orphanages, fostering relationships and coordinating aid efforts. As a tutor with La Casita Tutoring, I help children improve their English literacy, math proficiency, and reading comprehension. I am fluent in Polish and French, with a basic understanding of Spanish, which helps in communicating with children from different linguistic backgrounds.
