About Sophia

My name is Sophie and I am 21 years old! Getting older is something that is inevitable for all of us. Bathing, getting dressed, needing assistance in meals and housekeeping and day-to-day activities is a human right that we all have - and I want to be there for anyone in need. :) I don't have professional experience, but I have assisted in behavior management/instructing kids with cognitive disabilities, and have aided family that needs help going to the bathroom, getting dressed, etc. I am willing to learn, develop, and help with anything that you need!
