About Sophia

Hello! I'm Sophia, I have experience as a lead fourth grade elementary school teacher here in New York! Having focused on fourth-grade / elementary education, I possess an in-depth understanding of the developmental milestones and academic challenges specific to this crucial stage in a child's education. I believe in the power of tailored education and I am dedicated to recognizing and accommodating the diverse learning styles of each student. This approach has lead me to one of my proudest achievements which was attaining the highest state test scores in the elementary school, with an outstanding 96. 2% of students passing in reading and writing. Whether it's helping with homework, reinforcing key concepts, or preparing for assessments, I am committed to guiding students on their academic journey.
