About Sophia

Sophia has been with us since November 2020. From day one, we were impressed with her competence, her compassion, and her calmness amidst chaos. Since Sophia joined us, we have had a second baby, and our first was diagnosed with a developmental delay - Sophia rolled with everything, and stays calm and collected regardless of how her responsibilities change. She keeps our kids active and stimulated. Even in the rain and snow, she takes our son out for their daily walk and talks to him about the things they see. She listens in on our speech therapy visits so she can help encourage his development. She isn't ruffled by a screaming infant, horrendous blow-outs, or having to read the same book 25 times in a row. She's literally never been a single minute late, but often stays late baking for us (Right?!!). When Sophia is with us, I know that my children are both happy, healthy, and loved. We are all better off for our time with her. You literally cannot make a better hire than Sophia.
